OPEN CLASS CENTRE 151

This class will focus on how improvisation can be used to expand movement pathways as well as an awareness of the patterns we tend to use and how to break them down. The classes will be a progression of tasks that will allow for a full-body exploration of targeted aspects such as isolations, sequential movements, dynamics and textures as well as focusing on finding softness within floorwork. We’ll start with mobilisation, move to both set and improvised crossings and finish with a phrase that aims to apply the vocabulary of these crossings.
